What does it mean when a new Expedition shows up for some Gardenscapes players but not on your account? We asked Gardenscapes Support that exact question, and their reply gives us a much clearer idea of what is happening right now.
We contacted Support because the new Expedition had not appeared on our account even though other players were already seeing it. According to their response, some events may not appear for every player because not every Gardenscapes player is currently following the same event schedule.
What Gardenscapes Support Told Us
Hello! To help with your question about the new Expedition, the event schedule and related quests are currently adjusted for some players. This is an updated form of the event, so your experience might look a bit different right now.

The most important part of that reply is the phrase “for some players.” Support clearly says that the event schedule and related quests are currently being adjusted for certain players.
Not Every Player Is Seeing the Same Expedition
This means two active Gardenscapes players can open the game at the same time and still see different events, different quests, or a different Expedition setup.
