Helicopter Dash is one of the weekly competitive events in Gardenscapes. The goal is simple: five players race against each other, and the first player to complete 15 regular match-3 levels wins the race.

The event usually appears every Friday, alongside Team Bowling, and lasts until the event timer ends, usually around the beginning of the following week depending on your time zone.

How Helicopter Dash Works

Each Helicopter Dash race includes 5 players. The objective is to be the first one to complete 15 levels. There are no special event levels or separate boards. You simply continue playing your normal Gardenscapes levels, and every completed level moves your helicopter closer to the finish line.

As you progress, you can see the other players on the race screen. In many cases, the full leaderboard becomes visible after you complete your first level in the race. If you become stuck on levels where moves disappear too quickly, it can be much harder to keep up with the rest of the race.

When a New Race Starts

A new Helicopter Dash race does not start immediately when the first player finishes. The current race continues until the first three reward positions are filled.

This means that if the 1st and 2nd players have already completed the 15 levels, but the 3rd player has not finished yet, the 4th and 5th players remain in the same race. They cannot start a new Helicopter Dash race until the 3rd place is also completed.

Only when the 3rd place is filled can a new race be created for the 4th and 5th players, as long as the Helicopter Dash event is still active. If the overall event timer has already ended, a new race will not begin.

The top three players receive rewards at the end of each race. Based on recent gameplay screenshots, the rewards shown were:

Important: These rewards are based on the version of the event shown in the screenshots. Rewards are not always identical for every player and may change over time as Playrix updates the game.

Who Can Participate?

According to the official Playrix Help Center, Helicopter Dash is available from Level 30 onward, including players in the Golden League. An internet connection is required for the race and leaderboard to work properly.

Tips for Better Results

Start a race when you have enough time to play several levels in a row.
Use boosters carefully if one difficult level is slowing down your progress.
Do not rely on the first player finishing as the end of the race, because the race continues until the 3rd place is filled.
If you win Unlimited Lives, use them immediately if you want to enter another race while the event is still active.
The more races you complete during the event period, the more rewards you can potentially collect.
