A lot of players don’t realize that Gardenscapes support is hidden a bit deeper inside the game now, so if you can’t find how to contact them, here’s the fastest way depending on the device you use.
Android and iPhone
Open Settings inside the game → Help and Support → open any article → scroll down and press “Was this helpful?” → tap “No” → then “Contact Us”.
After that, explain the problem with as many details as possible and choose the correct category before sending the ticket.
If you already talked with support before, you may need to press “New Conversation” inside the old chat first.
Many players usually contact support after account-related problems, especially when profiles suddenly disappear or stop loading correctly across multiple devices.
Mac Version
Open Settings → Help and Support → wait for the small chat icon in the bottom-right corner → press it and describe the issue.
Make sure you answer every question they ask or the ticket may stay delayed longer.

Open the game through Chrome or Firefox and press the “Support Team” button above the game window. Then fill the form carefully.
Windows Version
Go to Settings → Help and Support → fill the support form and submit it.
Web Support
There’s also a Web Support chat on the official Playrix support page if the game doesn’t even open.
Support requests also increase when Gardenscapes suddenly shows “Coming Soon” messages that block events, rewards, or normal progress inside the game.
