How to Update Gardenscapes on PC

These instructions apply specifically to Google Play Games for Windows, which uses a different update process from the Microsoft Store version.

Open Google Play Games on your Windows PC.
Select Library from the left sidebar.
Find Gardenscapes in your installed games.
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the Play button.
Select View game details.
If an Update button appears, click it and wait for the installation to finish.

If the details page displays Play instead of Update, a newer version may not currently be available for your installation.

Close Google Play Games completely using its icon in the Windows system tray, near the clock. Then reopen the application and check again.
