The rules apply across Playrix games, including Gardenscapes, where player-created content can appear in team chats, usernames, and team names.

For Gardenscapes players, the important part is that Playrix clearly separates normal disagreements from content that may actually violate its rules. It also gives players a better idea of what happens after a report reaches Support, rather than leaving them to assume that every report automatically leads to a penalty.

What Do the Playrix Content Rules Cover?

What Happens After You Report Someone?

How Playrix Says It Protects Children

But if an argument turns into threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, attempts to scam another player, or another type of harmful content listed by Playrix, the situation has crossed a different line.

In other words, the fact that two players are angry with each other matters far less than what they actually say or share.

What Should You Include in a Report?

A useful report should be clear and specific. Include the content that caused the concern, explain where it appeared, choose the closest reporting category, and attach a screenshot when possible.
