Paid for coins, boosters, or an offer in Gardenscapes but received nothing? Find out how to check the payment, order history, missing items, support, and refund options.
You buy coins, boosters, or a special offer in Gardenscapes. The payment appears to go through, you return to the game expecting to see what you paid for — and nothing is there.
It can feel as if your money simply disappeared, but there are several possible explanations. A charge showing up on your card, an app-store order being completed, and the purchase appearing inside Gardenscapes are connected steps, but they do not always happen at exactly the same time.
If the transaction is complete and the purchase still does not appear, knowing how Gardenscapes Support works on your device can save time. Before contacting Support, though, there are a few things worth checking first.
Start With the Store, Not Your Bank Account
The first thing to find out is whether the purchase actually went through.
Playrix states that Gardenscapes purchases are processed by the store where the game was downloaded. Depending on your device, that could be Google Play, Apple’s App Store, Microsoft Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore, or another supported platform.
That makes the store’s purchase history more useful than a bank notification when you are trying to figure out what happened.
A pending amount on your card does not always mean the purchase has been completed.
Google, for example, explains that a temporary authorization may appear while a payment method is being verified. It can look like a charge even though the transaction has not been finalized. Google says these authorizations may remain visible for 1 to 14 business days, depending on the bank.
So there are two very different situations:
- The transaction is still pending: the purchase may not be complete yet.
- The order is marked as completed: the store has processed the payment, but the content has not appeared inside Gardenscapes.
Check the Exact Order
Open the purchase history for the store you used and find the specific transaction.
Check the order number, date, amount, account used for the purchase, and the package or offer you intended to buy.
Playrix provides instructions for locating purchase history across the major stores supported by Gardenscapes. If the transaction does not appear as a completed order, resolve the payment status with the store before treating it as a missing in-game purchase.
The Order Is Complete, but Nothing Appeared
If the transaction is clearly complete and the coins, boosters, or offer contents are missing, Playrix recommends checking your internet connection and restarting Gardenscapes.
Google gives similar advice for Android in-app purchases: confirm that the payment is complete, close and reopen the app, and restart the device if necessary.
A missing purchase may simply be delayed rather than lost. Playrix notes that purchases are normally delivered right away, but store processing time or connection problems can cause delays.
If restarting the game does not fix the issue, save the receipt and order number before contacting Support.
Keep Delivery Separate From Whether the Purchase Was Worth It
Whether spending money changes how quickly you progress in Gardenscapes is a separate question. Once a purchase has been completed, the issue here is simply whether the content attached to that transaction was delivered correctly.
If something is missing, save the information while it is easy to document. Keep the receipt, order number, and, when useful, screenshots showing your current coin or booster balance.
What If the Amount Looks Wrong?
A charge that looks higher than expected does not automatically mean one Gardenscapes purchase was billed incorrectly.
Playrix notes that taxes may affect the final amount depending on the country associated with the store account.
On Apple devices, multiple purchases may also be grouped together on a single receipt. The receipt itself can arrive later, which may make it look as if everything listed on it was purchased at the same time even when the transactions happened on different days.
If an Apple charge seems too high, compare the individual transactions on the receipt before assuming that one offer was charged at the wrong price.
What If It Looks Like You Were Charged Twice?
Seeing the same amount twice can be alarming, but it does not always mean you were actually charged twice.
On Google Play, one entry may be a temporary authorization while the other is the final completed charge.
Compare your bank activity with your Google Play order history. If there are two separate completed orders, save both order numbers and receipts before contacting the store or Playrix Support.
A Special Warning for iPhone and iPad
Apple makes an important distinction between consumable and non-consumable in-app purchases.
Game currency is considered a consumable purchase. Apple states that consumables cannot normally be restored through the standard Restore Purchases feature.
That means pressing Restore Purchases is not a guaranteed way to recover missing Gardenscapes coins.
If you were charged for a consumable purchase and it is still unavailable, Apple recommends contacting the app developer. Apple also provides its own system for reporting purchase problems and requesting eligible refunds.
What To Have Ready Before Contacting Support
If the purchase is complete but still missing after restarting the game, gather the transaction details before opening a support request.
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Approximate purchase time
- Exact amount charged
- Store used for the purchase
- Receipt
- The Gardenscapes package or offer you purchased
- What should have appeared in the game
- Screenshots, when they help show the problem
Playrix specifically identifies details such as the order number, date, time, and receipt as useful when dealing with purchase and refund issues.
The more details you provide, the easier it is to identify the exact purchase.
What If the Purchase Still Never Appears?
If the order is confirmed, the game has been restarted, and the content is still missing, contact Playrix Support with the transaction details.
For refunds, Playrix explains that in-game purchases are processed by the store where Gardenscapes was downloaded and directs refund requests to the appropriate store. Google Play and Apple also provide their own procedures for purchases that were not delivered or did not work as expected.
A simple way to handle the problem is:
Check the store order → restart Gardenscapes → save the receipt and order number → contact Support → use the store’s refund process if the issue remains unresolved.
Missing Purchase or Accidentally Spent Coins?
A missing real-money purchase is not the same as accidentally spending coins inside Gardenscapes. With a missing purchase, the problem starts with a transaction handled by an external app store. With accidental spending, the coins were already inside the game and were used through the Gardenscapes interface. The two problems may feel similar, but they need completely different fixes.
What You Should Remember
If you paid for something in Gardenscapes and nothing appeared, do not assume right away that the purchase is gone.
Check the app-store order first. If it is complete, restart the game and see whether the content appears. If it does not, keep the receipt and order number and contact Playrix Support.
The key difference is simple: a bank entry, a completed store order, and delivery inside Gardenscapes are not the same thing. Once you know which step failed, it becomes much easier to figure out what to do next.
