Learn how Friendly Flights works in Gardenscapes, including seven days of objectives, shared partner progress, chest rewards, and its connection to Fancy Feathers.

Friendly Flights is an experimental seven-day Gardenscapes event in which two players complete daily objectives and earn Propellers for a shared reward track.

There are six objectives each day and five milestone chests. The event is especially interesting because its tasks connect Gnome Treasure, Card Collection, Expeditions, Team Chest, Swamp Quest, Fancy Feathers, and regular match-3 play.

How Friendly Flights Works

  • Two players share the same progress bar.
  • Six objectives unlock each day.
  • Completed objectives award Propellers.
  • Chests unlock at 275, 650, 1,450, 2,000, and 2,650 Propellers.

Both partners contribute to the same total, so one player can make more progress than the other. The screenshots do not show whether partners are selected automatically or whether an inactive partner can be replaced.

How It Connects to Other Gardenscapes Events

Friendly Flights acts as a bridge between several features already running in the game. Its objectives include finding Gemstones in Gnome Treasure, collecting cards, gathering Expedition Apples, claiming a Team Chest, winning Swamp Quest rounds, spending coins, using boosters, and beating specific types of levels.

It also works directly with Fancy Feathers. Every milestone chest contains Pinballs, giving players a total of 150 Pinballs if they reach the end of the track.

Why the Later Daily Rewards Are Unknown

The screenshots reveal the objectives for all seven days, but the reward sections for Days 2–7 are locked. Until those days open, we cannot confirm their Propeller values or additional prizes.

Is the Purchase Required?

No. The purchase task is optional, not a paywall. Players can skip the Day 3 purchase and earn Propellers from the remaining objectives. Their partner’s contribution also counts toward the final milestone.

Friendly Flights vs. Frog Trail

Friendly Flights may be a new partner event, but its basic structure is very similar to Frog Trail. Both run for seven days, unlock a new set of objectives each day, and use event currency to move players through five reward milestones. The biggest change is that Friendly Flights turns this familiar format into a two-player challenge.

Feature Friendly Flights Frog Trail
Format Two-player event Solo event
Daily objectives 6 5
Event currency Propellers Dragonflies
Final target 2,650 1,055
Milestone rewards 5 5

Friendly Flights also reaches into more parts of Gardenscapes, with objectives connected to other events, card packs, boosters, coins, and regular match-3 levels.

Why You May Not Have the Event

Friendly Flights appears to be available only to a small test group. This follows a broader pattern in which Gardenscapes events are not the same for every player, especially while new features are being tested.

Playrix regularly tests events with selected accounts, and there is no known way to unlock one manually. Reinstalling the game or changing devices is unlikely to help if access is assigned on Playrix’s side.

What We Still Do Not Know

  • The task rewards for Days 2–7.
  • The exact Swamp Quest target on Day 6.
  • Whether every larger objective counts progress from Day 1.
  • How partners are selected or replaced.
  • Whether Friendly Flights will receive a wider release.

Final Thoughts

Friendly Flights turns progress across several Gardenscapes features into one shared challenge. Its partner system and rewards for Fancy Feathers make it different from Frog Trail, while the optional purchase task does not prevent free players from reaching the final chest.
