The 16th Extra Card Set In Gardenscapes Card Collection

The Gardenscapes Card Collection now includes a 16th extra card set called Festival. Learn how it works, its rewards, and why Playrix introduced this new stage.

The Card Collection in Gardenscapes has received one of its most important changes since it was added to the game. Until recently, players completed the 15 main card sets, collected the Grand Prize, and then the event phase was finished before the next phase began.

In the new system, after the main collection is completed, the Legendary Collection becomes available. Inside this phase, a 16th extra card set appeared for the first time. In this Cinema Collection, the set is called Festival, although this name is expected to change in future Card Collection events depending on the theme.

What The Festival Set Includes

In the Cinema Collection, the Festival set includes 10 cards. It is the first additional set that appears after the completion of the main collection and it belongs to the next phase of the Card Collection.

Completing the Festival set rewards the player with the four tools of the game:

  • Shovel
  • Dart
  • Kettlebell
  • Desk Fan

This means that Festival does not only add more cards. It also gives useful tools that can be used in the next levels.

The 15,000 Coins Reward

In the last two phases of the new system, the major reward remains 15,000 coins. This means that completing the additional stages does not only give tools and boosters, but also the same high coin reward that players already know from the Card Collection.

Why Playrix Added The 16th Set

The addition of the Festival set does not seem accidental. In the previous Card Collection system, players could already continue into later phases and collect as many rewards as possible until the event ended.

That showed that many players could progress very efficiently when the system continued without an extra obstacle. With the 16th extra set, Playrix adds a new intermediate step before players can continue to the next major rewards.

In this way, Festival works both as an additional goal and as a way to slow down direct access to the next big reward stages. The player no longer moves immediately from the 15 main sets into the next phase. First, one more 10-card set has to be completed.

This makes the change important because the 16th set does not only add more content. It changes the rhythm of progress in the Card Collection and makes repeated completion of the final phases more difficult.

What Playrix Officially Says

According to the official Playrix Help Center, after completing all main card sets, the Legendary Collection unlocks. This collection offers new rewards and one additional Token.

After the Legendary Collection is completed, the Supreme Collection follows. Playrix states that the Supreme Collection can be completed repeatedly until the event ends, while Duplicate Stars carry over into each new cycle. In the Supreme Collection, the rewards consist of coins and boosters, without a new Token.

Conclusion

The appearance of the Festival set is the first example of a new model for the Card Collection in Gardenscapes. Players who complete the 15 main sets no longer stop there. They gain access to an additional set and then continue into new phases of the event.

This is one of the biggest changes Playrix has made to the Card Collection because it significantly extends the duration, structure, and reward path of the event, especially for players who already follow how card packs affect progress.
