Gardenscapes has introduced a new shortcut for requesting missing cards during the Card Collection event. The new feature allows players to start a card request directly from the team chat instead of opening the Card Collection first.

The update does not replace the existing request system. Instead, it adds a quicker way to access it, reducing the number of steps needed to send a request while completing card collections with gold cards.

How Card Requests Worked Before

Before this update, players could request a missing card in two different ways. They could write a message in the team chat asking if anyone had the card they needed, or they could open the Card Collection, tap one of the cards missing from their collection, and send that specific card request directly to the team chat.

The second method is still available and continues to work exactly as before.

What The New Feature Adds

The new feature introduces a Request Card button inside the team chat. When the player taps it, a small request window opens immediately.

Instead of showing the full Card Collection, the window automatically displays only the cards that are still missing from the player's collection. The player simply selects one, and the request is posted to the team chat. This is especially useful for players trying to complete rare card sets.

How Team Members Respond

Once the request appears in the chat, teammates can immediately see which card is needed. If they have a duplicate copy available to share, they can tap the request and send the card directly to the player.

Because the exact card is displayed, there is no need for additional explanations or follow-up messages in the chat.

Why This Update Is Useful

The biggest improvement is convenience. Players no longer have to leave the team chat, open the Card Collection, search through their missing cards, and then return to the chat. The entire process now begins from one place.

At the same time, players who prefer the original method can continue using it, since the Card Collection request option has not been removed.
